This ADD ON enables the connection to Google Maps for verify the locations of Contacts, Leads, Companies, for example for verify the distribution of requests for assistance on the territory . Ideal for organizing a day of visits to customers located in the same area .
This advanced feature allows a group of companies to use a single VTECRM environment. Through this form you can have a single customer database for all group of companies, with the possibility of diversifying the visibility of data depending of user and belonging to one companies or more. It also allows you to manage diversified progressive for each company of the group ( quotations, sales orders, invoices ) and manage print template PDFMaker in a diversified manner.
The module integrates into VTE the non-tax inventory and accounts payable management and upgrading of the existing active cycle modules. With the warehouse module, you can define one or more warehouses , loading / unloading causal, charging documents / discharge / transfer goods and the inventory adjustment documents.
The module integrates in VTECRM the advanced features of lists management. In particular it is possible:
- associate to each customer a specific price list: the list is automatically applied during the drafting of a document and has priority over other lists/discounts and surcharges.
- define discounts or surcharges that are automatically applied based on classification of the customer and the product category
- on particular lists you can manage prices on predetermined time intervals, in this way you can coordinate offers and promotions implemented by the marketing and sales department.
It allows the use of VTECRM on a Windows PC, without having the need to be connected on Internet with VTECRM. It’s recommended for those who travel frequently and don’t have always an internet connection. This ensures operation even in areas without coverage.
The Offline module for App lets you to use the VTECRM app without network connection. The offline app, save locally in the device the data of CRM consulted recently, this data can be consulted and updated offline (Insertion, modification, deletion); when it return online data is synchronized with the VTECRM server.
VTE Social Portal is a revolutionary Facebook customer portal service: through this application present in the Facebook fanpage of the company, the customer can open tickets, which the company will manage as usual within VTECRM. Through this form you give to the customer a direct channel of communication, in addition to the usual web portals and telephone inquiries, this with the advantage of not requiring the customer additional subscription in addition to Facebook . Customers that using Social Portal via Facebook are automatically insert in the Contacts module of VTECRM.
The module is suitable for companies that use a lot the part of final invoicing of VTECRM and want a quick and easy solution to bill its services to the customers. The salient features of the module are : automating billing of Customer Support Ticket , automating billing of different sales orders , the control of billing by the " Proposal Invoice " module, the integration in “Customer Care” and “Orders” of the touch signature for interventions at the customer place.
Advanced invoicing module
The Returns Management module is an additional module of VTE CRM that was created to the managing, Basic or Advanced , of the so-called not-conformities such as Complaints , Returns request , etc. It allows to manage multiple products on the same request and to give an "independent" path to each row (It means for example the possibility to allow a return on the first line , allow a credit note on the second line and maybe close the third line with the replacement of the product without need to make the return)
Module for Returns Management
This module integrates project management, already existing in VTECRM and enhances its functionality. With the graphic interface you can create and edit project activities by assigning the start and end dates , resources involved and time schedule. In addition to the creation and management of the project , the module also allows you to record the progress of the activities and analyze the balance of what has been done .
Advanced planning module
The module allows you to manage the commercial activities of the sales team by analyzing the trends compared with the sales forecast . These can be checked for every member of staff, for individual customers or groups of customers. It allows a time display that allows you to check deviations occurred. It checks also the position of the customer based on the Pareto curve . To work correctly it requires sales data update in the CRM system.
